Edit: When you were selecting the help topics, were you able to select a contact option? Were you able to connect through live chat? Or were you able to send in a case using email?

Deleting accounts Just so you are aware EA will not Delete accounts that have Active Bans on them. The Ban would have to be lifted before you can delete the account.
From EA " We won't delete any account that has been banned. To delete your EA Account, you’ll first need to appeal your ban
