Demoted from Plat to Gold
I got demoted from platinum to gold due to a game which was not added to my statistics.
I got to play a ranked game in Plat and lost which instantly demoted me to Gold 1.
It would be due to the fact I disconnected before the game ended, yet I did not get the warning that I left nor did I get a penalty for queueing. I got the last kill and i've got footage from the damage screen afterwards.
I have full footage of the game (both to plat and th demotion game).
How can this happen and how can this be resolved?
