Hi, I made a purchase of Apex Coins on Xbox around 2022 for about £100 - £200. The payment was taken from my account, but the coins were never added in-game. I didn’t realise at the time that this needed to be reported immediately. I can provide proof of purchase if needed. Could you please check my account and help resolve this? Or is there anyway to resolve this?

I'm afraid a 4-year gap between a purchase and report is typically going to prevent us from properly being able to verify that type of transaction in-game.
While it doesn't necessarily have to be immediate, there are limitations on how far back certain records can be verified. This would be quite a bit outside that timeframe unfortunately, sorry.
