Desperate for help, lost Apex Coins and Heirloom Materials

Hello good afternoon, i play Apex Legends from Steam.

I was waiting for my friend to play Apex Legends on the lobby, and since he was taking some time to login, i started playing Rocket League with Apex open...

Now here is the problem, my xBox controller is what i use to play Rocket League, and sice i didnt minimize the Apex Legends Lobby, i was randomly sending inputs from my controller while playing Rocket League. So, when i went to play with him, i opened 2 packs i THOUGHT i had from the battle pass and noticed i had Fuse heriloom, I then realised i lost my Apex Coins because i was saving them for the next battle pass. So after thinking about it i realise it was randomly bought while playing Rocket League with Apex Legends open in the background.

Please i do not wish to have these because i was saving Apex Coins for the next battle pass and heirlooms for a future prestige skin of my liking. I've already sent a request on EA Player Help, and i found this website and i'm trying my luck here. Please i need someone from EA to undo these things, please help me i'm desperate.
