Upon logging into my account for season 19 I went to check my earned rank badge, but it seems to be inaccurate. The badge I received was for Diamond but I made it to masters last season. I have a screenshot from it as well.
My ingame name is Sydell.
This is not fair that I did not get my badge for the hard work that

Same for me, I also did not get my masters badge, but they gave me diamond. This unfair since it it not easy to get to masters. Can you guys please look into it.

I didn't even get a ranked badge at all. I did all of my placements and got bronze which i wanted but when i logged into the game I got no rewards at all.

I hit Masters and then deranked to play with others, now it says I finished as diamond and I got diamond rewards.
At the time I was named "Rempulse" and I was in first 1000 to hit Masters.

me tooo bsc i was diamond 3 for atleast 2-3 weeks and i fall down back to plat but then o stoped…. I thought and I read it on Apex web site that i’m gonna get the highest rank i get it in to…..

I got to Masters in season 19 but I did not get the badge, I did rank down to diamonds playing with friends but I do have a screenshot and date of it. My IGN is Gwen4you
