Did not receive apex coins
I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet...

It has been 24 hours since I bought apex coins through steam, and I still haven't gotten them.
You'll have to contact support and provide proof of purchase as these types of issues cannot be helped with on AHQ.

According to support the temporary fix is to launch the game with EA-App and your purchase should be there.

"I have just consulted with my team regarding your issue and it seems there are some technical difficulties going on due to which you have not recieved the Apex coins yet.
But please do not worry, this issue will et resolved by itself really soon.
It will take some time for the coins to get delivered on your account.
I would humbly request you to wait for 24 hours." - @NRF_MOZMBIQ I've received the Apex Coins I purchased. So glad I don't have to go for a long queue to contact EA again. Dammmmit.

Looking into this now, I'm seeing coins are going into accounts in the last few hours.
Can you check your accounts again now, and if the issue persists, reach out to support.
