Did not receive apex coins

I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet...

According to support the temporary fix is to launch the game with EA-App and your purchase should be there.

  @Hell4ya don't know what you mean by that. You have to go to ea.com and download the EA-App and then install Apex Legends via EA-App instead of launching it with steam.

    @cRn1710 I have had the same problem and double checked the purchase actually went through and then launched on EA instad still didn't pop up
