Hey all
Sometimes there is a syncing issue and then coins aren't given directly to the user's account but after re-logging or in rare cases coins don't appear for the user.
Coins should appear within 24 hours of buying / redeeming the content.
If you haven't received the coins after 24 hours.
You can contact an EA advisor and they will look into this case.
Click here to contact an EA Advisor
Select Apex Legends, then the platform you are using.
Here you will find the missing content and then Never received content
Now select the contact method you prefer and an advisor will assist you with your problem.

I've bought 4 Apex coin packs over the last month, my card has been charged and I haven't received coins four different times. Now the way I've been dealing with it is to just get a refund from Microsoft. Except you can only do that 3x. So when I got denied a refund from Microsoft the last time this happened, they told me to contact EA.
So I just got off the phone with Nishar A. from the support center. HE JUST TOLD ME THEY ARE UNABLE TO ADD COINS AND TO CALL MICROSOFT. WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT THIS WASNT AN OPTION (used my refunds already) I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINS, AND THEN WAS HUNG UP ON. I AM SO PISSED THAT I MADE AN ACCOUNT ON HERE TO ADDRESS THIS *. NISHAR's POST CALL EMAIL IS PASTED TO THE TOP.
