Didn't Get 1000 Coins Each for Lifeline and Bloodhound Editions

On with support right now but just wondering if support has solved this issue for anyone else? I'm on PC and redeemed both editions. Got everything but the coins. Kind of miffed that I have to deal with this but it is what it is.
