Didn't Receive 'Loba' Twitch Prime Skin

Hello. I had decided to get Loba's new Twitch Prime Skin that was just released today (May 15, 2020). I connected my Twitch and EA account and it has confirmed that I have claimed the skin. Though, when I checked in-game on my Playstation 4, I didn't receive it. I don't know if it takes time for it to transfer or something actually messed up.

I also had a problem of being able to put in the code to log into Twitch through the Playstation 4 browser because I wanted to make sure I was logged in, but it when I tried to put in the code, the first number would go in, but the second number will jump to the third blank every time. I contacted Twitch Support for that, but no response yet.

I paid for Twitch Prime and was kind upset this happened, but since Twitch Prime is Amazon Prime, I'm not really loosing anything besides the skin.
