Upon logging into my account for season 20 I went to check my earned rank badge for season 19, but it seems to be inaccurate. The badge I received was for Diamond but I made it to masters last season. I have a screenshot from it as well.
Same For Me and i Think They Count on How you Ended The Season and Not The Highest Rank You achieved
I have the exact same issue. It is very disheartening. I really hope someone see's our post and can help us. I got master last season as well so I am clearly capable of doing it. .
They should of made that very clear because that is not how it worked for the past 5 years. I don't fully agree with that change if so all it does is promote people who don't hope/plan to make a predator push to stop playing ranked on that account.
I got an email from EA support on the issue saying it's highest rank achieved for sure so seems we just bugged. The EA rep has not said anything about fixing it and said to open a case on here and report a bug. There is a 2 year old thread in bugs with 100s of people reporting the same issue with no reply that I can see so not sure what will happen at this point. I doubt anything sadly. I really hope a dev/support person sees this thread and can help. I just want the badge </3
Yeah I don't know whats goin on... I got a masters badge when my peak was plat LMAO
