Didn't receive the Apex coins I purchased

Question

I purchased 2150 coins from Apex on Steam and haven't received them for over 24 hours. And I also logged in to Apex on EA, but I still didn't receive it. This has happened many times, and I always use EA Help to find customer service to solve problems. I created a case in EA Help,&nbsp;but this time after I created the case, I didn't find any other options except for&nbsp;Answers HQ
