Didn't receive the relic
I've been playing since I was 21, back on the long-forgotten Origin. I missed a lot, but every time I played with my brother, I counted every chest on the PC. I've already opened more than five hundred non-event chests and still haven't received a relic. What should I do?

Its likely you have made a miscalculation on the Apex pack count, as the granting of shards is guranteed and automatic on the opening of the 500th pack. There's no manual way to check the count atm.

I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 207 of the 500.
