Disabled EA Email

Growing increasingly frustrated with the support and customer service provided by EA. Trying to correct an EA account being associated with a disabled EA email. Chat functionality has not been useful...

    Hi there, @Pepps1890 

    I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with account related issues over Answers HQ. Please follow the steps below to start a chat with an advisor.

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat

This issue has been impossible to get resolved.

I'm having the exact same issue and there doesn't seem to be a solution out there.

Please help the support team or dev identify a way to remove "disabled.ea.com" emails from accounts.
