DISCONNECTED FROM APEX SERVER THEN GIVING ABANDON PENALTY

    Hey, @MAGBABAKAL-666  how often are you getting disconnects and do you get a error code? 

    Also have you tried our connective guide and see if that helps?

Yea or change the penalty to half the time 10 minutes is ridiculous

I have made a post myself on this site about this with about as much information as possible given on my end. Not a single response from EA. I have no guidance on how to have this issue solved.
