I have the same problem. I've tried about everything but I still get disconnected every game. I did find something.
This is not a solution, but it does help with the problem. I bought a lan cable to connect to my router, thinking it might solve the issue. It didn't and I get the exact same amount of disconnects. However, if I have the cable plugged in and disconnect from the servers after a game. I find that unplugging the cable (going back to wireless) and clicking to reconnect will sometimes work and allow me to reconnect instantly and play the next round using the wireless connection. You can do the reverse by plugging the cable back in if you disconnect while in a wireless connection, but I have found this to not work as often. Hope this helps if you try it.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Your servers have some major problems. It takes a long time to load a single game.
I went through your troubleshooting steps and there are still problems. There is no way that everyone in the world who plays has connection issues. The point of failure has to be on your end. It makes no sense for us all to check our connections over and over again so you shouldn't keep telling everyone to do that.
Also, the game kicks me back to the initial loading screen after every 3 matches or so. It says my connection timed out. This will even happen to every member of my party all at the same time. Even if we logged in at different times. There's no way this problem is within our consoles or due to our internet connections. There is a problem with your servers.
One more thing, I open Apex packs and then a game FINALLY decides to load and I don't receive the contents of the pack. I know this to be true because i saw that I received a gold item but I went and checked after the match and there were no new gold items. I have probably lost between 20 and 30 apex packs this way. Same issue, did all of the troubleshooting and beyond. It's a server problem. I just actually started to like this game, but I'll go elsewhere since it seems like EA has no solutions out there. Nor do they have a dedicated customer service/ticket system. Never had this experience with Epic Games/Steam/Blizzard. They actually have a system called Tickets rather than searching through a bunch of forum articles, such a complete waste of time searching hours for no solutions. Some articles have so many upvotes but no EA response, some EA articles forward you to pages that don't even work! What the hell is that. Unbelievable for a big company. After more than 10+ Games disconnecting, done with it.

i spent like 15 minutes reading all that troubleshooting problems and stuff and downloaded that thing that checks the connection, you want us to send pictures and other proof with .txt in notepad. EA you cant even have pictures in notepad how are we supposed to send the pictures and proof of our connection if we have to send as a .txt file. its embarrasing that a company this big are ruining a game this good just because of their * servers. i even checked it and it said i was having good connection but i keep on disconnecting once in two matches.
