Distorted and smeared graphics in Apex Legends

Question

So ever since I've installed the game (approx. 4 days ago) its been the way it looks like in the snapshots I've attached - the game is all jittery, and it seems like the renders themselves are inherently corrupted, since their deficiency is usually consistent throughout the game (take for example "slenderman lifeline" as i called it in the files below - she appears the same both in the lobby and while being previewed in the legends tab. this of course persists onto the game itself). So far I have reinstalled the game twice, cleared my cache and performed a clean reinstall of my graphics driver. all attempts proved to be futile, as I have contacted technical support three times and they did not seem to have a solution for me. I've been DYING to play this game with my friends, and I didn't quite find another case identical to mine, so if anyone could help or has experienced a bug of this sort it would be greatly appreciated!

my GPU is asus strix-GTX1050 Ti, I have 16 GB RAM installed, and my processor is intel core i7 - 4770. Operating system is 64 bits.

Hey, make sure that all drivers for windows and your gpu drivers are up to date.&nbsp;

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Apex and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
&nbsp;
Try running a CCleaner to remove old temp files and cache and clearing Origin cache.
&nbsp;
And a last thin can you upload a Dxdiag.&nbsp;
