Divetrails removed from menu

Recently discovered all prior earned dive trails are removed and gone from my menu and are unequipped as if they we're never there

@MrSmite125 Yes as it says on the rewards page, “season-long dive trail”, aside from any earned in season 1-3, they do this so that you have incentive to play ranked each season but I agree that it doesn’t feel great to lose what you earned and the rewards should be better

@MrSmite125 If they were earned after season 3 it’s because there was a bug that caused season-long dive trails to stay after they were supposed to be removed. I think trails from seasons 1-3 are permanent but from then after they were never supposed to remain after the season had ended so unfortunately they have patched that

@MyName1sNotJohn So wait then, if your rewarded a dive trail at the end of a season then your just going to lose it the next season? Feeling cheated out of hard work and hours if that's the case.

I am missing three of my Masters dive trails from season 5, 8, and 9. For some reason only my masters disappeared but my diamond trails from season 3 and 10 are still here. I need help!!!!

ME TOO!!! I thought it was just unequipped but they’re completely missing!!!

My S5 divetrail also disappeared for no reason while I still have my diamond divetrails ☹️

I'm afraid this is how that's intended to work, sorry.

Back in Season 4, dive trails were updated with the intent they would just remain on the account for the season after they were earned. There was a bug that's prevented this from happening which was recently fixed.

At this point the only dive trails would be from last season, or Ranked Series 1 and 2 (Season 2 and 3) if you earned those. That would be why you still have the trails for season 3 and 10.

Next season you'll lose the S10 trail and would gain access to any that you earn this season.

This update was mentioned in the patch notes at the beginning of the season, but has just made it into the game with the latest patch, apologies for the confusion.
