i imagine everyone in this thread is having the same issue i have in the screenshot i attached?
i unlinked my ps4 from its EA account because when my ps4 account was made when i was probably 12, it wasnt my email. i unlinked my ps4 so i could link it to an EA account under my own email, but now my apex looks like this. i used to have wraiths mythic skin equipped in the lobby, and you can even still see the 100,000 damage tracker on the right side of the screen. my level is the same, i have two standard badges on my banner but not the wraith mythic event badge i had on, no trackers are on my banner, and none of the menus are loading to see what else ive lost. i cant relink to my old EA account until april of next year, and im sure like everyone else i really dont wanna be without my main account until then. ive spent too much money on this game to lose everything like this lmao.
Ouf, I tried to get them to wipe the Ea Account so i could atlest start over ( didnt have much on Xbox, few kegendary skins and unlocked a few characters), the person in Ea Chat told me to contact Xbox support.
i asked : How are Xbox Support gonna help with this ?

I cant say i feel like playing anymore after this horrible "help".
if you have to Ea accounts you should be able to merge them (if you can prove that you own both accounts)

yea man i really can't believe (JK I can) how poorly this whole thing has been handled. What is the point of the ability to unlink connected accounts if you lose everything associated with that account when doing so??
I FOUND A FIX TO THOSE WHO LOST ALL PROGRESS DUE TO UNLINKING STEAM ACCOUNT!!!! All you have to do is play the game using the EA Launcher and all your progress will be there again. I was one of the idiots who didn't read clearly and unlinked my steam account to move to the same EA account as my xbox profile not knowing it would delete everything. For some reason I decided to try using the EA launcher to see if somehow my stuff would still be there and it was! Good luck friends
