Didnt get several drops from spotlight pass due to an error of currency loading

Hey, sorry if this isnt the right forum, ive bought valkyrie spotlight pass and havent received several apex packs due to an error where when i get back to the lobby to get the drop the game "crashes" and i cant click anything but play and the currency is loading. Ive already lost 3 apex pack from the pass including the legendary marksman pack, any way to fix this? Thanks
