Do Not Unlink Your EA Account

I spent all of last year grinding my Apex account on Xbox. Recently, I got a PS5 and wanted to enjoy the benefits of cross-progression over there... y'know... keep grinding my account from Xbox on PS? Well, it turns out my old PS3 account was linked to the same EA account that I've been grinding this entire time. And you can only link ONE PS account to your EA account in the entirety of it's lifetime. So am I effed? Is there no way to just link my Xbox account to a new EA account so I can keep grinding on a different console? I don't want to lose any progress, cosmetics, etc. I'm pretty sure I know the answer is: NO. Don't do it because you will definitely lose everything. But I figured I would ask. A lame situation if you ask me. Hopefully people check to see what consoles are connected to their EA account before grinding and learn from my mistake. Thanks to anybody who responds with help.
