Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

I been falsely banned with "Gameplay enhancement." since 2023 and from forum posts looks like there is ton of us. Has anyone ever had luck to get it off?
I dont care about Apex, I dont even care to play it, problem is it bricks all accounts that been linked to your account. You cant unlink your steam, xbox, PS etc. they are forever tied to account that has false ban.
As everyone else I have submitted multiple appeals and always get same response as everyone else.
So i think they just do auto bot response and ticket actually never receives real person.

Does anyone had a luck to solve it or everyone been doomed forever?

Sorry to hear that the results of your past appeals weren't what you were hoping for.

I've merged your post into the main thread for this topic, so please check out the first post, where we have more information on the appeal process.

Generally speaking, if you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. Each appeal is reviewed manually by a human, though the response is a template based on the review decision. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.
