DXGI_Error info gathering

i did everything but nothing...im always crushing .pls fix this problem so we can play.Thank you 

Game crashes everytime when i have a weapon with scope X. Then i find a new scope Y. I switch to Y. I dont like Scope Y so i switch back to ScopeX. = Instant Crash!

Antialiasing is all off with the GFX settings set to use programs settings and to not override.
This issue is not that of the 10 or 20 series cards. its plaguing more than just those. AMD cards everything.

Apex Legends keeps crashing every time exactly on the same screen (screen with the READY button).

Engine Error

0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The applications device failed due to badly formed commands snt by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.

I tried several solutions that I googled:

* Closed all applications that are open

* Repair & reinstall game

* Reinstalled GPU driver

* Updated GPU driver

* Reboot after install

* Also tried several Windows registry tweaks 

But all this did not resolve my issue  !!

Can anyone help at all ?

Constant crashes..

tried the following:

-Repair the Game

-Disable extra monitors

-Disable g-sync/v-sync

-Try low settings

-Try high settings

-Try high settings then close client, relaunch and go back to lower settings

-Roll back drivers (have tried several), currently 417..

-fps_max 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 100

-Don't alt tab after launching 

- Removed all un-needed USB devices (mouse/keyboard only)

- Run in Admin Mode 

- Disable Origin Overlays

This is a bit ridiculous... can't get a full game in at the minute -.-
