Has anyone ever seen this and know what the fix is error?

Im having the same issue but on my ps4 I restarted my console multiples times and deleted and redownloaded the game.

Before going for a full OS reinstall, make sure the display is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard video output. Also, make sure you have the most recent video driver installed for your GPU. If the issue continues after that, please post a newly generated Dxdiag from that PC and post it here. We may be able to find an issue and advise on troubleshooting. Thank you. EA_Barry.

will do. i’ve been building for 10 years i promise it’s not on the motherboard slot haha. but ill run a DxD when i get home and post it. 

also the newest driver that just released is what’s downloaded that’s why i’m not sure about it and want to reinstall the old driver to test.

have not tried the old driver yet just booted up and attempted

no issues playing rocket league either

Thanks for adding the Dxdiag. Some troubleshooting: 

1. Remove ALL GPU tuning. Disable:

• MSI Afterburner
• ASUS GPU Tweak
• EVGA Precision
• AMD Adrenalin tuning
• NVIDIA auto tuning

2. DDU clean driver install. Remove:

• ALL NVIDIA/AMD drivers

Then reinstall:

• latest WHQL driver ONLY

Do NOT install:

• overlays
• NVIDIA App overlay
• recording features
• HD audio
• telemetry extras

3. If you feel like you can manage, you can try downclocking your GPU very slightly. This is especially relevant if your GPU is factory overclocked.
