EA - Twitch linking issues

Hello,

In the past i have been able to access the prime gaming packages with ease, but recently i haven't been able to (referring to Apex Legends Packs). My Twitch account was already linked with my Amazon and EA account, and when i checked twitch it said it was linked, however EA said there were no connections. I Unlinked the account via twitch, and tried re-linking, however, nothing prevailed.

There were multiple posts about this issue, i will be quoting this one:

"I tried to claim the pack rewards, they were successfully claimed but above them it was still indicated to "Link game account". So I tried to link it, I logged in my Amazon account, I proceeded to log in my EA account but when I tried to connect a message poped up that said: "There was a problem... We encountered an error and were unable to complete your request. Please try again later.". I kept trying for a couple of days without any success."

I suffer the same exact issue, but all EA staff has said was to go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.

Even if i follow the the process of: Apex>Pc>Twitch>Linking i get the link)

After the link loads, it returns a 404 page:

Obviously this problem isn't fixed, its useless.

THERE ARE ZERO CONTACT TO STAFF VIA ANY MEANS.

The domain for contact us doesn't exist, i can't even converse with the staff, and whomever responds, i hope it isn't a redirect to the contact us, because as i stated, the domain doesn't exist for my issue, its a 404 error.
