I've already seen quite a few EA answers on this pointing out that nothing can be done to the RP losses and that one should "fix their connectivity issues".
First of all addressing the issue by pointing out to basically "fix your internet" is quite an outrageous thing to say when the issue is not clearly in user end. At least admit the existing issue and do not try to shift the blame.
Second, so far the EA answers have indicated the unwillingness to admit that their own inbuilt systems and mechanics do not work as they should and result into unfair penalties given out in these kind of circumstances. In short in my opinion this says to me that They are sorry, but not sorry enough to actually give a fair solution to the issue.
Whoever who needs to see these feedback are either not clearly seeing them or they choose not to actually care for the player experience. Pushing out game content and cosmetics (obviously for $) should not be a priority if your game becomes unplayable and unenjoyable after every update - it doesnt take a MBA in Accounting to understand what happens to your revenue when the player base becomes tired enough. I wish that some day this would be taken actually seriously - sadly this is nowhere even close the case among any of the largest game companies.
