EA - Unfair - Network Disconnect & Abandon Penalty!

No EA it’s not a problem with his connection you guys blame things on the user instead of trying to fix it? that’s a real good strategy for getting new players lmao you can restart your router and reconnect to wifi 1000% times i’ll still get kicked out of a match for being “out of sync with server” then a 10 minute delay it literally just send me to the lobby every other game works fine my connection isn’t the problem it’s something on apex’s end that needs to be fixed but of course you won’t do * about it * your game you don’t even care enough about the people who play it to fix it

The fact you can get an abandonment penalty for connecting issues and not pressing quit in game is a major flaw.

I am trying to report a bug in your game because my account is getting ruined by your servers(I am getting disconnected and then getting AFK penalty like I left the game)
Your troubleshooting guides are not helpful as I've tried the steps and I can't find any solution. Your system might get my main account banned because of your issue. I don't know what to say or do but I'm scared of losing my progress and all the money(REAL money) I spent on game. Can you do something about the penalty??? @EA_Darko 

Exactly. I don't even care that the servers are bad anymore I've accepted that. What pisses me off is me getting a half an hour penalty because my internet isn't the best. I swear it cannot be that hard to just fix it so you don't get a penalty for having like a code shoe or crash or disconnect. Anyone in this community can spend literally like 2 days learning about code to then know how to fix this It's absolutely disgraceful that EA and Respawn can't manage to fix this clearly undeserving and hateful penalty, it's almost like they aren't going to change it out of SPITE! I'm all for players leaving matches early getting punished, but for internet or server issues? That's just insult to injury. I doubt those backstabbing money hungry weirdos are even reading this.

Yeah. I just had this happened from my connection timing out while I was loading into a game. The abandon penalty for an issue that created an unintentional DC is stupid. This low-key makes me not want to play the game anymore out of fear that I'll get the abandon penalty and just waste time. We want to play, not wait around when the honest player is punished for something that isn't even their fault. 

Also can we please just bring back the normal trios. The updates lately have been dumb and I miss the regular apex duos and trios. What's up with this revival stuff.
