Ea account banned after linking accounts

Help!! I am a day 1 apex legends player. I have my original account on Xbox and my pc account that I switched to around season 8. With the new cross progression I thought I would link my accounts to ...

I can’t get assistance anywhere. I’ve already followed that process. It’s quite sad how terrible the EA customer service is.

@EA_Barry How about you provide me some help! I am a day 1 player with tons of money into this game and I’m getting zero help from anyone at EA!!!!!

  @Notorious_Hawk23 they won't help. you have to jump through hoops to find the email or chat option and even then it's difficult to get help.

    I’m beginning to see that. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced from a video game. I literally played the game, that night linked accounts, woke up the next morning and was banned with zero information. Lost so much respect for EA. Just a gigantic joke of a system.
