EA account banned for no reason
Hello, my EA account recently got banned for which I received access as part of my XBOX game pass ultimate membership a few weeks back. Even though I hadn't played any EA game or logged into my EA account, the account was banned for no reason. EA customer service is terrible and just gives an automated reply that the user agreement had been violated. How do you even violate a user agreement without even using the account or playing any game? I see there are many posts about people losing access to their account and which makes me believe there are definitely issues with this company which treats its customers like * and can't provide evidence.
