@8514d2 I would recommend checking your EA account information and data log for any suspicious activity. Check the IP address, location, date, time, and whether the login attempts were successful or not.
If someone did access your account without your knowledge you should change your password immediately and activate 2F authentication to your account. Contact an EA advisor via live chat or phone about what had happened.
You should also check both the My Ban History page and your email to see if you received any information from EA regarding you ban.
If your EA account is banned I would highly recommend you do your research, gather evidence, and practice writing a proper appeal in WordPad or Notepad first before you appeal your ban.
When your EA account is banned you only get 3 chances to appeal your ban to the TOS team just so you know.
sry ,EA did not tell me the reason for the ban.I relly don't why and the most frustrating thing for me is that I don't know how to find EA manual customer service to appeal,I really need someone to help me,plz
