EA account linked to Steam-Account that isn't mine.

Hello

Today I tried to link my own steam account to my EA account but it tells me it is already linked to another steam account.
This steam account is not mine.
A few years ago a kid wanted to play Apex but he said he didn't had an account. So I logged in on my account but now apparently this linked the accounts permanently!
I don't want this. I want to be able to link my own account to my own account.

    Hi @Coruxion, 

    There are risks involved with unlinking. Please take a moment to read through those articles to make sure unlinking is the right choice for you before making any permanent changes. 

    If you run into issues unblinking the account, please contact our support team. They'll take a look at the account and let you know what can be done from there once you've passed the security stage with them. This guide will share more on how to reach the support team:

    Hi

    How do I contact the support team?
    When I try to create a new case or click the "How to use EA Help" it just sends me back to the same page to click it again.

    Hi @Coruxion,

    The guide I shared; 'How to use EA Help', outlines the steps you'd follow to connect with the support team. For example: 

    @EA_Help wrote:
    1. On the EA Help homepage, look for your game in the list or enter the title of your game into the search bar.
    2. Select the game you need help with from the search results.
    3. Select the topic that best describes your issue in the Top topics. If you can’t find it there, select See all help topics.
      • If you select See all help topics, you can find your topic quicker by using the Category list.A coral dotted line surrounding the different help topic categories for Apex Legends.

    When you've selected the relevant options for your case, a new page will load. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear. Select the one you want to continue with and submit your case. The support representative who receives your case will do their best to help you from there.
