I'm sorry to hear about your experience, toxicity has truly become a problem in online games nowadays.

If you were actioned for something you did in-game then there isn't really anything that can be done here on AHQ, as this is a community forum.

If you disagree with the action taken to your account, then you'll need to reach out to the TOS team.

The best course of action you should take whenever someone is acting in such a manner is to mute them in-game and to report them.

In general, it's best not to interact with these players, as they want to see a reaction from you.

I get that there is a need to defend yourself, and in some cases players will insult the one that is harassing them, but keep in mind that the rules apply to all the players, regardless or not someone is harassing them.

So if you ever encounter something like this in the future, I'd highly recommend to just ignore/mute them and report them, rather than engaging with them.

EA does not care.
