EA banned me For Hate Speech

i Own an Apex Legends Account in Which i Have 380 Packs Which i have not opened till now . I Joke Too Much with Random teammates and Some one actually reported me . He Reported me and now EA have banned me Permanently . Let me tell You Apex Players are very toxic They get away coz they use MIC to Abuse you but if you Try to Reply in text EA Reports you . EA Should also Record Voice Chats as some times it gets too abusive . All I want is If EA finds you too abusive They should take away your Voice Chat and Text Chat Y ban the account permanently. This is Wrong on So many Levels . Now i have sent an email to EA for help lets see What happens . But for Few Words You cannot Ban Someone's Account .

i have already Filed a Dispute 🙂. i only want to say is ban someone For a week a month but y Permanent Ban an Account . i M not a saint but people do abuse each other online . i Was not harassing Someone or Threatening Some one . Everything was Verbal . Y So Serious for that . i M Worried about my 380 packs Will i get it or not . I Have collected it since season 3 Sad life. I Can even wait for 6 month for my account and i also want my whole slate cleaned that means no more Old cases on my account .

@EA_Barry PLease help man Unable to sleep drink or concentrate that account is very precious to me . instead of banning me for a month they gave me a perma ban in this account i have 380 packs which is untouched + 33500 Kills man. man get this account unblocked or give me a date when it will be unban.

Hey guys.
Do note that the Community Managers are (from what I know) not affiliated with the ToS team, therefore they also can't help in the process.
Also talking about bans isn't really the intention of these forums, I'd recommend that if you have any issues with your ban that you take it up with the ToS team and not here on AHQ.
