EA credentials are expired and need to be updated

Every time I try to connect my EA and Xbox account it says “Your EA credentials have expired and need to be updated. Please reset your password.” I already tried resetting my password and it didn’t ...

I have the exact same problem and the live reps are bad. I can get on my account, see all of my details and purchase history, and can tell them all of my xbox details but some how it isn't enough. They're sending me around in circles. At this point I've given up on EA games and will just play other stuff
