EA credentials are expired and need to be updated

Every time I try to connect my EA and Xbox account it says “Your EA credentials have expired and need to be updated. Please reset your password.” I already tried resetting my password and it didn’t ...

@Aqua_Chopper16 Hey, it looks like your posting account isn't attached to a console account, so if you're resetting the password for this account, it won't help.

You can try logging in with any other email addresses you have, and try to reset those ones.

This page will also show you console accounts connected to whichever EA account you're logged into: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index?gameId=ebisu&locale=en_US
