Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Hello, I am a user whose account was permanently banned due to a hack about a year ago. My account remains permanently banned to this day. Even though I wanted to appeal and protest this restriction, whenever I filled out and submitted the appeal form, it kept displaying "Case not created," making it completely impossible to even file an appeal. I had given up, but recently, watching the ALGS made me deeply passionate about playing Apex Legends again. I exhausted every possible method to submit an appeal, but once again, I was met with the same frustrating response: "Case not created."

Refusing to give up, I continuously searched the EA Help site to find a way to access live chat. While trying everything to bypass the useless AI automated responses and connect with a human agent, an "EA Fan Care" chat window finally opened. Unlike other chats, this window remained active even when I refreshed the page or navigated to other logged-in pages with different URLs. What is certain is that its accuracy was far superior to "EA Next Step," and the agent in that chat successfully submitted my appeal manually.

Having finally found a breakthrough for my appeal after an entire year, I didn't want to lose access to this Fan Care support. So, I directly asked the agent how the Fan Care chat window could be accessed again in the future. However, as soon as the agent received my question, they simply replied, "I'm sorry, but I can't help you with that," and immediately force-closed the chat session. I would like to know how I can reconnect with this Fan Care support, or if there is any other channel where I can receive direct, human assistance.
