Hey @PD120,

Just to quickly check, are you trying to reach out to our live support team, or are you directly reaching out to our terms of service team? If it's the first one, could you try reaching out to terms of service via the steps in that article?

  You should be able to send them a ticket via the steps there, yeah. Let me know if you're having any issues, and if so, what issues you're having exactly.

    I just sent them an email yesterday, so now i just have to wait, do they reply if they see the email?
