You should be able to send them a ticket via the steps there, yeah. Let me know if you're having any issues, and if so, what issues you're having exactly.
I just sent them an email yesterday, so now i just have to wait, do they reply if they see the email?

They'll reach out once they've finished looking into your cased. You can always check the status of your case here. Just be careful not to resume it; doing so will pull it out of the queue and it'll take longedr for them to get back to you.

Hello, i have a issue opening new cases on EA Help https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/EA-Games-made-me-not-being-able-to-contact-suport/td-p/13... (just check my profile if link doesnt works) , and now i have sent and email about the problem i had and i still to this day received any news about that ban! I really need help guys i have a lot of heirlooms in apex and just got again randomly banned and cant even appeal it!!
