EA HELP BLACKLISTED MY ACCOUNT FROM BEING GRANTED IN GAME CURRENCY PLEASE HELP!!

Being a long time fan of apex and putting so much money into my account, i am now in a desperation due to the fact that EA Help pretty much made it so my account cannot receive the in game content that i buy with my money because i kept making new cases on missing apex coins and they saw it as me trying to get more coins since they "granted" the coins already which is complete nonsense and rubbish .this problem started a month ago and ever since then has made my life a living hell. i had purchased 10 bundles worth of digital codes from a website called cdkeys, everything went smoothly i got my codes, redeemed them through Microsoftt store, booted up apex only to see that they never went in my account. i made a case and they kept saying they "could not validate POP" then i kept opening cases and after the fifth case i get hit with "we cannot validate third party purchases". okay, get this.. I then go into the apex store, in game tabs, buy a bundle, and still it took my money but i did not get my coins??? at this point i am so concerned and i made a case and waited 24 hours only to get told "we see your account and there are no transactions" at this point i am going mental since i provided proof of purchase to no avail. then recently they told me it was a "RARE BUG" that was pondering inside my account preventing me from getting the in game currency i paid for. i was told it would be fixed ASAP so the next day i made a case to check up on my account update to see how things were going and outta nowhere this man told me "There is no such thing as a bug in account the person must be new sorry" I WAS TOTALLY LOST AT THIS POINT. after months on end just trying to have my account get the in game currency i paid for as well as sync future purchases that i make, this let me down so bad. and here is the kicker the man spun it up and said what i was doing is "disheartening" he pretty much said i was on a list to not grant missing content no matter what!? since i was supposedly trying to get more coins because the ones i made cases for were already "granted" into my account again which is complete crock. I would never as a long time fan and avid player do such an act to put my one and only apex account that has YEARS of play time and so much money put into it in jeapordy i know better. i only reach out and voice out things when i actually need the help.so EA Help recommended that from now on when i buy in game content and it does not grant me coins, to simply go to xbox and get full refund because they will not help me. i am so lost and hurt and just want to know if anyone else is going through this mess.. i need help i just want to be able to purchase coins and buy stuff in game again please look into my account and see i never ever received the coins that i bought for the past month. and the fact that they tried to spin it like i was some bot trying to rip them off was so disrespectful and very unprofessional since they know well and clear those coins never were granted they just kept me on a string and saw that i was not giving up. i need help urgently please and thank you so much.. -GJC

    Hi @Urban_Hymnss,

Very sorry to hear this, and while I can't go into account specifics on Answers HQ for security and privacy reasons I will do what I can to shed some light on this issue to prevent this from happening in the future.

For starters, any type of missing content claim requires a Proof of Purchase or "PoP" to begin the investigation. We need this information to help us validate that the content you claim to be missing was purchased on the account it was claimed to be purchased on, and that the content was purchased from an authorized retailer to prevent fraud.

We have a list of verified online retailers available on Help.ea.com here, if for any reason you purchase content outside of Origin or the EA app you should make sure you're using a site listed in that article instead.

We here on Answers HQ cannot modify your account or grant content to it in any way, so any missing content claims do need to be handled by staff at Help.EA.com. If you have any feedback or concerns with the help you received you can always provide feedback on your My Cases page here as well.

I hope this was helpful, and as I've answered all that I can on this topic over the forums this thread will now be closed.

    Thanks.
