EA help is a useless SCAM

I’m not able to link my twitch account to my EA account because the email account I used to create on EA has been deleted or hacked. I have tried to contact EA help several times but they keep telling me to fill out this long form asking me for tons of Information which I do then they just settle the issue as resolved without helping me. If I can’t get this login issue resolved soon I swear I will never play another game by EA. I’m done giving money to a company that clearly doesn’t care about its players.

    EA Help is our support system where players can get help for various account and in game issues. The team strives help players get back into the game and resolve issues players are facing. In some cases, whether it be through due to player error, or lack of information provided, support may not be able to resolve your issue. To ensure the team is able to resolve your issue, its important to provide them all the information they request.

    Particularly when it comes to compromised accounts, this is extremely important as they have to be able to verify you are the owner of the account before they help you.

    @ahhhlee Ea has one of the worst set ups. Trying to log into the account I had to look up how to do things on google because the ea support is useless and told me there is nothing they can do because my account won’t link
