Apex Legends Progression Rollback

I recently was able to recover my EA account after it was compromised. When I logged into Apex all of my progression was gone. I want to know if there is a way that EA can rollback the account to a time before it was hacked. I was able to talk to one EA support advisor who said there was nothing they could do. I just want to confirm I am not missing anything?
