I go to origin support and it says that it will be a 19 minute wait for a live chat and then 1 hour later I am still waiting

I have sent over 10 emails and have recieved the same troubleshooting messages not only that i jave recieved 10 differnt replies from 10 people with no idea on how to resolve other than just read a messge ... WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD . No wonder they are free on gamepass they are trash the game devs should be ashamed of being apart of such a poorly run company.
