EA support not able to tell exact reason for ban and not investigating case.

My account was reported several times for no reason according to EA policy and overall behavior.
First time i got suspended at april 13th and after 6 day investigation suspension was overtuned and i was promised never get same problem again.
Later (may 13th) my account was banned for same reason and despite 2 appeals i never heard of any reasoning behind that ban or new EA policy that makes first suspencion appropriate.
Had not taken part in any sort of chat/voice chat or any other sort of ingame harrasement or unfair/violent behavior.
Support refuse to properly investigate or at least tell exact reason for me being banned.

    Hi there, @Tekukatetetomo 

    You should have received an email with the reason why your account was banned. Unfortunately, we're not able to give out any information regarding bans on Answers HQ. You can try contacting an advisor to see if they have any more details. A case can be opened here.

  • I was banned for no Reasons, not even an email telling me reason why I'm banned, I need some answers be it the MOD or some HELP team..

    Wrongfully banned, wasn't even online for the past 1 -2 days, and i only rank with my mates, even when I solo q I don't even talk or type anything.. cmon

    I have no idea what part of community should be offended by quoting Electronic arts statements in sarcasmic way.
    Guess that was reason my first account block was reverted and i was insured that i will not get any further sanctions on that case.
    Despite that, 2 month later my whole EA account was banned without any explanation but the one mentioned above,  none of my requests for proper investigation or even some sort of explanation for "what kind of policy did my name broke" didnt succeed, also in responce for my last "demand for proper investigation or at least naming the real problem contained in my (by the way Steam name not even origin, that makes me think theres some kind of VERY special policy setting for EA games).
    I never chaged steam name in period between first block attempt and final account ban.
    Also no chat or voice interactions with random team8s,bcause I play premade only.
    So since EA support refuses to investigate or even answer my further appeals i have to ask some details via EA forum maybe u can redirect me for more compitent emplyees(i mean the ones capable of helping with my case) bcause link u've provided just dosnt work.
