EA support not able to tell exact reason for ban and not investigating case.
My account was reported several times for no reason according to EA policy and overall behavior.
First time i got suspended at april 13th and after 6 day investigation suspension was overtuned and i was promised never get same problem again.
Later (may 13th) my account was banned for same reason and despite 2 appeals i never heard of any reasoning behind that ban or new EA policy that makes first suspencion appropriate.
Had not taken part in any sort of chat/voice chat or any other sort of ingame harrasement or unfair/violent behavior.
Support refuse to properly investigate or at least tell exact reason for me being banned.
