Update: On Monday I reset my PC to factory settings. I had no way of deleting Sentinel One from my registry. I had Sentinel One downloaded to my PC because of work.
I reached out to Sentinel One support and they were not willing to give me the removal tool.
After the reset, Sentinel One is no longer on the registry and Apex Legends has been running smoothly. No problems whatsoever. So I encourage those who have this error to either contact Sentinel One support first, contact your IT if it's a work computer to whitelist Easy Anti Cheat, or to reset your pc.
