Easy Anti-Cheat stops at 80% on loading bar and launches Apex Legends

As the title says, whenever I try to launch Apex from Steam or Origin, it always says the same thing. That the client is either not running the anti cheat software, or that the anti cheat failed without an authentication. Please help.

It's possible that EAC got corrupted, follow these steps to repair EAC for Apex:
Go to the main Apex Directory (Can be accessed via Origin or Steam)
Navigate to the EasyAntiCheat folder
Open EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe (Click Yes if prompted to run with Admin perms)
Select Apex Legends in the middle of the screen
Press "Repair Service"
