Easy Anticheat Running Automatically Upon System Boot

So now Anti Cheat is loading it self completely on its own upon boot up. Without origin even being loaded. So in order for me to play im having to go to task manager kill the anti cheat just to play ...

@EA_Kent I have checked start up management its not on the list. It appears to have corrected it self or a patch was pushed with a fix. I did everything on my end I could to trouble shoot even made dumps of it etc. Was unable to see the errors in the dumps which is obvious. My pc is brand new just built this was not a issue till about 4-5 days ago it hit hard. But even if i loaded origin patcher it was loading the anti cheat for some reason and allowed a block on the login due to it thought client was running. But yea seems its not doing it now today or yesterday.
