easy anticheat services

hey anyone ive been trying to play apex again on steam but each time i open up the game it makes me reinstall the easy anti cheat and ive been trying for days to get this to work, i search across the whole internet to find any working solutions but even the easy.ac site doesnt give working options and i cant contact them either, funny thing is any other game that uses this easy anti cheat thing work perfectly fine

pls help i just want to play apex again

ps. i reinstalled the game multiple times, even through ea.play, i verified the integrity of files and nothing comes up
all it says is service update failed, and i even tried to copy the easy anticheat files from other games nd paste it into the apex anti cheat folder
