EasyAntiCheat

Lately my game has crashed multiple times. I was advised that the anticheat may be the problem. When I tried to access EasyAntiCheat it does not open. I've tried running as admin, I've verified files, I've deleted the game and still the game crashes. It's to the point now where my pc says it is not able to run the application. Has anyone else experienced this?
