Endless matchmaking xbox one

I had this problem for about 3 three day i have tried everything possible  can anyone help me im on xbox one

@Ihaveglock what exactly have you tried?

Also do you have cross play enabled and in what region are you in?

I have came to the   Conclusion that it my isp so I cant do anything about that unless you have a  Solution for this @EA_Atic

    @Ihaveglock Have you tried using a public DNS?
    This sometimes bypass the ISP issue.
    Or try to use a faster and stable VPN.

    You may also want to contact your ISP and ask them to resolve the issue.

      Ok what type of dns and how should I ask my isp to slove this issue @EzyHawk

        @Ihaveglock There is a few who offers a public dns such as Cloudflare, google, quad9, freenom etc.
        To know what dns is the fatest i recommend you to do a DNS bench.

        To resolve an issue with your ISP you need to call them and explain the issue you're having, they will then send this to the correct IT department to resolve the issue
