Engine error crash. Delay 10 min, Point deduction between 30 and 70, 4 times

Hello, On my pc ik from time to time i get the engine error crash. This week it happened 4 times. I get a delay of 10 min. And a deduction in point between 30 and 70. Which makes no sense. Is there...

When you've got a chance could you grab a DxDiag and send it to us here so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website.

Done!! had 2 more random crashes. Keep getting the delays.... Point loss is bad towards diamond, especially in diamond rank

    Nope, always Device, just have another one☹️. Must have lost 600 point by now, with crashes
